Where is my order?
Orders are prepared in 1 to 3 business days, then delivered in 7 to 10 business days. Your tracking link arrives by email as soon as your hat ships.
Can I change my order?
Write to us as soon as possible with your order number. If your hat has not shipped yet, we can change the size or the address.
How do I return a hat?
Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number. The hat must be unworn and in its original condition.
Which size should I choose?
Most of our hats are one size, 56 to 58 cm (22 to 22 7/8 in), with an adjustable cord inside the crown. Measure around your head just above the ears: from 54 to 59 cm the hat fits once you adjust the cord. Above 59 cm, choose the 60-62 cm version when the hat offers it.
