Where is my cowboy hat?

Use the order number from your confirmation email, or paste the tracking number from your shipping email.

Order confirmed but no tracking number yet? Your hat is being prepared (1 to 3 business days). You will receive the tracking link by email as soon as it ships.

Your order step by step

  1. Order confirmedYou receive a confirmation email with your order number right after payment.
  2. PreparationYour hat is checked and packed in 1 to 3 business days.
  3. ShippedWe email you the tracking number. The first carrier scan can take 2 to 5 days to appear.
  4. DeliveredDelivery takes 7 to 10 business days after dispatch, a few days more for remote areas.

Tracking does not move

A new tracking number can show no update for a few days while the parcel travels to the international sorting hub. This is normal.

  • No update after 7 days: write to us and we check with the carrier.
  • Shown as delivered but not received: check with neighbors and your mailbox, then contact us within 3 days.
  • Not arrived 30 days after shipping: we refund your order in full, see our shipping policy.

Change of address

We can change the delivery address as long as your hat has not shipped. Email hello@the-cowboy-hat.com with your order number and the new address as soon as possible.

Wrong size or changed your mind

You have 14 days after delivery to return an unworn hat. Read the returns policy, and check the size guide before your next order.

Where do I find my order number?

In the confirmation email sent right after your purchase. It starts with a # sign.

When will I get my tracking number?

As soon as your hat ships, usually 1 to 3 business days after your order. Check your spam folder if you do not see it.

How long does delivery take?

7 to 10 business days after dispatch to the United States and worldwide, a few days more for remote areas.

Is shipping tracked?

Yes. Orders over $50 ship free with a tracking number, wherever you live.
