Orders are prepared in 1 to 3 business days, then delivered in 7 to 10 business days. Remote areas can take a few extra days. The estimated window is shown on every product page and in your cart.

For orders outside the United States, local import taxes or duties may apply depending on your country. They are set by your local customs, not by us.

Most of our hats are one size, 56 to 58 cm (22 to 22 7/8 in), with an adjustable cord inside the crown that fits heads from about 54 to 59 cm. A few styles come in a larger 60 to 62 cm size or in kids sizes, noted on the product page.

Wrap a soft tape measure around your head just above the ears and across the middle of the forehead. Our size guide converts the number to inches and US hat sizes.

Tighten the adjustable cord inside the crown. If it is still loose, a thin foam sizing strip under the sweatband gives a snug fit.

Yes. You have 14 days after delivery to return an unworn hat in its original condition and packaging. See the returns policy.

The customer, unless the hat is faulty or we sent the wrong item. In that case the return costs you nothing.

Once we receive and check the hat, we refund you to your original payment method. The time it takes to appear depends on your bank.
