Care
Keep it out of heavy rain, clean it with a slightly damp cloth, and store it on its crown so the curled brim stays in shape. Hold it by the brim when putting it on to protect the crown.

Will it keep the sun off my face? The brim gives shade to the face, and the open weave means some light passes through the crown. Sunscreen is still a good idea on long afternoons outdoors.
Can I wear it at the beach? Yes, it is a good beach hat. Just let it dry if it gets splashed and avoid soaking it. Shake out any sand before storing it, and keep it off wet towels.

How to care for your hat
- Store it on its crown. Upside down or on a hook, never flat on the brim.
- Brush counter-clockwise. A soft brush lifts dust and keeps felt clean.

- Reshape with steam. A little kettle steam lets you bring the brim back by hand.
